About Sierra Walvatne

Sierra is a San Diego native who started her real estate career in 2007 while attending the University of California, San Diego to obtain her degree in Psychology. Sierra decided to continue the pursuit of real estate upon graduating from college. She finds the career extremely engaging, always changing with new people & experiences, while simultaneously fulfilling her passion to be able to help people.
 
Initially, she worked for a number of San Diego county top producers where she garnered endless experience in real estate and its practice including residential real estate, lot/land sales, high volume, commercial real estate, administrative tasks associated with completing a real estate transaction, showing properties, developing real estate farm areas and the endless marketing and advertising that goes along with it. Sierra eventually made her way onto a team that became number one for Century 21 globally.

After 6.5 years of selling over $100 million dollars annually in real estate, the fast paced lifestyle left something to be desired. In 2021, Sierra joined with Erika Borunda Ahajanian in the hopes of forming new relationships in a productive, fun and collaborative effort that would result in a positive and productive atmosphere of real estate success stories.

Sierra is continuing to build her own real estate portfolio. She enjoys her free time taking advantage of all the great outdoor activities San Diego has to offer. She continues to help people through perseverance, good communication, a positive attitude and always being available to her clients and colleagues!
