To quality for Grant you must be:

Must be a Fall 2024 college semester student and have an overall 3.0 GPA with a minimum of 12 units
Majoring in business with an emphasis in real estate, urban development or entrepreneurship
Must show and email proof of overall GPA and Major to [email protected]

After the winners are announced they have a chance to double their scholarship money by Referring a family member to Exude Luxury Group that is looking to buy or sell their home within the next 6 months.
